Monarch Group Home is a care home that offers assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for your loved one who can no longer stay in their own home. Providing 24 hour care to make sure that not just all their needs are met, but that your loved one is able to thrive, and in some cases, improve their condition getting the care and attention they need and deserve.
Located on a quiet street in Centennial Hills, our care home is within walking distance to parks, shopping, and entertainment. Upon entering the residence, you are greeted by a cozy living room, pleasant aromas, and the feeling like you are at home. The home’s common areas are spacious and inviting, providing plenty of room for socializing and relaxation.
Monarch is an Alzheimer’s endorsed and Memory Care home. Monarch is also Medicaid approved. If you or your loved ones are having trouble finding the right home because a home is not able to provide the right care for your loved one, not trained to take care of someone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, not able to find a way to afford the care that your loved one needs, Monarch can help. We have access to resources that other homes don’t. We are willing to take the time to answer all your questions and help you figure out what is best for your loved one.
